American players, inside English football

Experience English football from within.

IPPE takes American players inside the English game. Your child trains and plays alongside English kids and English clubs, lives the week of a young player chasing the Premier League, and you're there for every bit of it.

Within

Your player steps inside English football, not around it.

The word that runs through everything we do is “within.” On an IPPE soccer tour, your player trains and plays alongside English kids and English clubs and lives the week of a young footballer chasing the Premier League. They don’t just visit English football. They step inside it for an entire week.

That’s what we mean by from within. Not a trip to see English football, but a week spent inside it.

  • They train inside the English game. Real sessions with English kids and English clubs, under academy coaching, at the pace and the standard the game is played at here.
  • The week is built around your player. Their age, their level, and what they need most. One player, one plan, not a packaged group on a fixed schedule.
  • Your family lives it together. You are in the week alongside your child, at the training ground and through the days, not waiting at a hotel.
  • Everything points back to the football. The city, the meals, the travel, the experiences. All of it orbits the reason you came.
The Experience

The kind of access most families can’t get on their own.

Plenty of trips will sell you a stadium ticket and a photo by the badge. We’re different. Over a week, your player steps into rooms that are normally shut: a training session run by academy coaches, a stadium seen from the inside, an evaluation from someone who watches young players for a living. It is the part of English football that money usually can’t open, and it is the part we built IPPE to open.

Connections

Who we work with inside the English game.

We work with real clubs, some of the biggest clubs in the world. Every tour includes experiences with at least one of Manchester City, Manchester United, Liverpool, and Everton.

How it works

How immersion actually works.

1

Integrate

Your player trains and plays alongside English kids and English clubs, not against a touring team that flew over with them.

2

Built for them

We shape the week around your player, their age, and their level. It is not a packaged group tour.

3

Together

Your family lives the week alongside your child, not from a hotel down the road.

4

We plan it with you

It starts with a conversation, not a checkout.

The founder

Our Roots And Purpose

Chris Castell, founder of IPPE Soccer Tours

IPPE started with one stubborn idea. More than a decade ago, our founder went looking for an international experience that matched how he already coached: built around the individual player, not the whole team on a fixed schedule. He couldn’t find it, so he built it. The connections came first, more than twenty years of them, inside English football with Manchester United and Manchester City scouts and coaches, and now Liverpool and Everton too. The tours, open to families beyond his own players, are the newer part. He runs them because it no longer felt right to keep this door shut to everyone else. Chris Castell, founder. A former professional player in England and an American Collegiate Hall of Famer.

From the families who have gone
All of the stadium tours and the games we got to see were A+. My kids learned a lot about English soccer and how they go about it over there.

Together

You are not dropping your player off.

On most tours, parents wait. They sit in a hotel lobby or wait at the airport and hear about it secondhand. That is not how this works. With IPPE, your family lives the week together. You watch the training, you feel the place, and when your child walks off the grass after a session inside an English club, you are the one they tell first. Families tell us it’s the part they didn’t expect to love as much as they did.

The first step is a conversation, not a deposit. We get on a call, we learn about your child and your family, and begin to plan your English football journey.
